Project Proposal Form
This form is for any church personnel planning an event for the church body. Please note that after your Project Proposal has been submitted, it has to go though an approval process. The form will be submitted to the Project Planning Committee for review to ensure alignment with the church's "3 E's" mission:

Ministry Event Calendar Submission Form
Use this form to submit ministry-related/social group activities for calendar coordination and awareness. This helps prevent scheduling conflicts and keeps leadership informed of upcoming group activities.
Announcement Form
Use this form to submit additional announcements that are not already covered by events submitted through the project proposal form above. Most approved projects will be included in the announcements by default. However, if you would like to submit specific wording or media for a project you have already submitted to through the Project proposal form, please use this form.
